butt-treat Western Red Cedar poles, over the years Guelph Utility Pole Company Ltd. has expanded to include full pentachlorophenol thermal treatment and CCA pressure treatment. The company has made major investments in and improvements to its treating, waste recovery and CCA fixation processes, several of which innovations have earned the company recognition from within and outside the wood treating industry. Guelph Utility Pole is a major supplier to Canadian and U.S. utilities.
